Following the conclusion of the Barcelona Democracy Summit, Brazil, Spain, and Mexico voiced profound concern regarding the deteriorating humanitarian situation in Cuba. The three nations called for urgent and effective measures to improve the living conditions of the Cuban people and to avoid any actions that could exacerbate the crisis.
