A forensic report issued in Dubai has put an end to the widespread controversy surrounding the death of Egyptian doctor Diaa El-Awady, who passed away in the United Arab Emirates. The report unequivocally confirmed that the death was natural, resulting from a sudden heart attack, thereby dismissing any criminal suspicions that had arisen regarding the circumstances of his demise.

Lawyer Provides Crucial Details

In a statement, Mostafa Magdy, the lawyer for the late Dr. Diaa El-Awady, clarified that the forensic medical report aimed to settle the speculations and rumors that had circulated about the cause of death. Magdy stated: "The forensic report confirmed that the death was natural and there is no criminal suspicion. The cause of death was a sudden heart attack." This statement aims to resolve the debate that had persisted for several days regarding the doctor's fate and the mysterious circumstances of his passing.

The lawyer added that he would soon travel to the UAE to follow up on the necessary legal procedures and technical verification processes, including the review of video recordings from the period preceding El-Awady's death, which spanned from April 12 to April 19. These steps are intended to complete all aspects related to the investigation and ensure full transparency in the case.

Intensive Diplomatic Follow-up from Cairo

For its part, the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs had affirmed its close monitoring of the incident involving the death of Egyptian citizen Diaa El-Din Shalaby Mohamed El-Awady. This came after the Egyptian Consulate General in Dubai was notified by the Emirate's police of his death inside a hotel.

The Ministry stated in an earlier announcement that Foreign Minister Badr Abdel Aty had instructed the consular mission in Dubai to maintain continuous communication with the relevant authorities in the UAE. The purpose of these communications was to ascertain all details of the incident, follow up on legal procedures, and expedite the repatriation of the deceased doctor's body to Egypt.

The Egyptian Foreign Ministry emphasized its commitment to fully and comprehensively follow up on the case until all procedures related to the incident are completed and the body is repatriated to Egypt as soon as possible, aiming to alleviate the suffering of his family.

Controversy Surrounding Disappearance and the "Tayyibat System"

A state of mystery had surrounded the fate of Egyptian doctor Diaa El-Awady following reports of his disappearance in unclear circumstances during a trip abroad, specifically in Dubai. This disappearance sparked widespread debate and numerous questions about his fate, before UAE authorities confirmed his death.

The controversy surrounding his disappearance and death was not the only one associated with Dr. Diaa El-Awady's name. The Egyptian doctor had previously stirred considerable debate in medical and public circles by promoting what he called the "Tayyibat System" (Goodness System). This was a dietary regimen based on eliminating certain foods and relying solely on specific types, which he claimed were a means of healing various ailments. This system faced widespread criticism from specialists who questioned its scientific basis and effectiveness.

Thus, the forensic medical report brings an end to a period of mystery and speculation, confirming that the death was a natural occurrence due to a heart attack, thereby closing the chapter of controversy surrounding the Egyptian doctor's passing in Dubai.
