Dollar Rate Unchanged in Key Egyptian Banks
The US dollar maintained its stable exchange rate against the Egyptian pound in Tuesday's trading session on April 14, 2026. Leading financial institutions reported no significant fluctuations, with Bank Misr setting its buying price at 52.47 EGP and its selling price at 52.57 EGP.

Other prominent banks also mirrored this stability. The National Bank of Egypt recorded a buying rate of 52.47 EGP and a selling rate of 52.57 EGP for the dollar. The Commercial International Bank (CIB) followed suit, listing its buying price at 52.45 EGP and its selling price at 52.55 EGP.
Further underscoring the steady market, Al Baraka Bank's rates were 52.43 EGP for buying and 52.53 EGP for selling. The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) also reported consistent figures, with the dollar priced at 52.44 EGP for purchase and 52.57 EGP for sale, indicating a period of calm in the foreign exchange market.
