During a monthly inspection, the ride's seats were elevated, granting the deceased and five colleagues access to the mechanical components for inspection and repair. It is believed the accident occurred while the worker was on a movable ladder, and the elevated seats unexpectedly descended, crushing her between them and the ride's central pillar. The company has expressed profound sorrow, extended condolences to the family, and suspended all operations pending an investigation.
