Al-Silawy responded to his father's claims, stating, "He speaks of a patient without treatment, he needs a stand with some help, liar, I am fine and do not need treatment." The incident quickly propelled the Jordanian singer's name to the forefront of social media platforms and search engines in recent hours, with the matter reportedly escalating to the courts in Jordan.

Hussam Al-Silawy's father, in a message posted on his Instagram account, affirmed that "everything that happened with Hussam over the past two days was Hussam's mistake." He further declared his "innocence of all his actions that do not align with our ethics, customs, and values." The father also expressed his commitment, stating, "I will make an effort and will not leave my son to illness, and I will do my utmost to return Hussam to how he was." He concluded by emphasizing that Hussam is "a respectable boy who is loved by all, but he suffers from strong psychological disorders," asserting his paternal duty to guide him back to the right path and ensure his treatment for any psychological or nervous conditions.
